Resilience and Wellness Youth Program

 Our six-month initiative for ages 6 to 18 focuses on building resilience and emotional awareness. We teach stress management and healthy coping mechanisms, empowering youth with skills to thrive personally and socially.

Why Start Early?

 By beginning at age 6, we lay the groundwork for healthy emotional and behavioral habits. This helps prevent serious mental health challenges as participants approach adolescence and early adulthood.

Program Overview

Age Group

Designed for children and adolescents between the ages of 6 to 18, the program addresses the unique emotional and behavioral needs of this critical developmental stage. 

Duration

This comprehensive six-month program offers consistent support and skill development, ensuring participants have ample time to engage with the material and experience meaningful growth. 

Program Approval

Approved by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Max Isidore), ensuring the curriculum meets high standards of care and professional oversight. 

Focus Areas

Activities range from emotional identification and stress management to resilience-building exercises. Each session includes engaging icebreakers, interactive scenarios, and reflective activities to foster self-awareness and emotional intelligence. 

Partner Organizations

We collaborate with respected community groups like the Boys and Girls Club to implement this program, although specific partnerships are mentioned broadly to maintain our program’s primary focus on youth development. 

Community Integration

Tailored for diverse settings, the program can be adapted to various community needs, including public schools and local youth organizations.
